Sebastian Tong is an emerging markets correspondent on the investment strategy team in London which tracks global investment flows across borders and asset classes. He joined Reuters in 2000 as its Hong Kong-based correspondent covering the Asia-Pacific syndicated debt markets. He has worked in the Singapore bureau, where among other things he reported on property, politics and the city-state's embryonic gaming sector.
