The children of our moneyed elite start million dollar companies with a personal check, and they are "entrepreneurs". They have such geniuses in Paraguay too. The real money will be made meeting the needs of our newly forming favelas. Plenty of growth there. Everyone else is meeting the needs of the top 10% by income, and most of those are dying of old age. How overwhelmingly silly.
