Who does Johnny Cash play for? Is he any good?

Ha. I think there something strange in there about a German as referee. Wasn’t it last year that a German (goalkeeper) got a red card for a mindless lunge outside the box after about 20 minutes? Is this some sort of strange payback? Will Fandel, an expert pianist, on the big stage — will he play it piano or forte?
