I'll reckon Sweden has a real good chance now that larsson amde his comeback. They have Zlatan, henrik alrsson, Ljungberg, Elmander, Kallstrom, Wilhelmsson, isaksson, mellberg. Some really good players. They have a very strong defense and very strong forwards. The midfield is pretty good as well with players like Ljungberg, Kallstrom and Wilhelmsson. If anyone is a dark horse in this euro it surely has to be the Swedes.

I don't nessecarilly see Croatia going all the way to lifting the title but a stint into the Quarter's is a definate possibility depending on group positioning etc.
After all to qualify top from a group which included England, Russia and Israel - who are no pushover's - is a telling feat as to just what quality the Croat's have.
Prediction wise I think that we could be looking at either Portugal or Germany claiming the crown but I wouldn't be suprised to see another dark horse pip them to the post, after all it is football.

After the Greek fiasco, I think nobody will take anyone for granted.

I would hope that Spain does well but they traditionally almost always choke midway through.

For this Euro 2008, I predict a favourite to win it... i.e. no dark horses like croatia or romania etc. but an expected strong team like Germany, Portugal, Italy etc.

Croatia become dark horses ? i'd agree. They have proven all the way in qualification group phase. so watch out for Kranjcar and co...

In the Grup C, i bet Holland and Italy will gonna make through...as long as i concern, the French have a big problems when they put with good teams, do u still remember World Cup 2002 ?

agreed spain have a chance this time. they were crap in qualifying but they used to qualify easily and then disappoint in the finals. better to do it the other way round.

I'm supporting Croatia since they knocked out England. And Slaven Bilic can have the England job when it's over as well. He speaks English anyway so hs already better qualified than Mourinho.
