Vlog on the pitch – Champions League final predictions

May 19, 2008

Vlog on the pitch duo Jon Bramley and Darcy Lambton think Manchester United will beat Chelsea on Wednesday but host Owen Wyatt is not so sure. (Although judging by the haircut he has already lost a bet this week.)

Who is your money on for the big clash in Moscow? Will Didier Drogba ignore the mind games and win the game just like the semi-final against Liverpool?

The boys touch on various other topics in a bumper issue this week. They review the FA Cup final before discussing Real Zaragoza’s relegation and the English playoffs.

Let us know your thoughts. Leave comments below or make your own video, load it up to youtube or wherever tagged “vlog on the pitch” and if we like it, we’ll put it up here.

The goalkeeper position is a major problem for England. David James does indeed have some blunders in him, but honestly, which English keeper doesn’t at the moment?!
My honest opinion is that james should be the England number one. He has proved himself now. Honestly who else is there?
Robinson is the epitome of english sport in my view. So much expectation, so much promise and it all comes down to one blunder. The brutal english press come down on him hard and he will never ever recover. Despite this, robinson is an appauling keeper positionally. The number of goals he has oonceeded as a result of a dreadful sense of positioning. Who can forget dio kamara overhead kick?!!
Robert Green would be my number two. Scott Carson and Ben Foster both fall under the same bracket for me. They are both young and need to improve aspects of their game.David James should be our number one until one of three mentioned above pull their socks up and prove to us they are number one, as james has done.
