		<description>It&#039;s a very good point Brian. If players did not dive and were honest about deliberate handballs and the ball crossing a line, half these incidents would not happen.
But I guess it&#039;s a dream world where people own up to things and sometimes with the goalline and even handballs even the players themsleves are not sure.
As I wrote once, the handall rule should be changed to read &quot;a foul is committed if the player gains an advantage from handling the ball&quot;
Forget deliberate as often trips are not deliberate but you have to count them as fouls</description>
