Apple is not "the establishment" quite the contrary; taking over such a building would alter that perception quite drastically in the eyes of many apple fanbois and girls. The color of the building kind of goes with Apple anyway. It reality it really doesn't matter because New Yorkers will call it whatever they want. Like the Sears Tower in Chicago is being renamed Willis Tower but everyone in Chicago will still refer to it as Sears Tower. I think they should rename it.
