Hillary epitomizes the audacity of hopelessness she’s clawing, crying ,whining, flip-flopping,dirty-tricks, sabotaging and constantly blaming. Shes gained most of her votes from sympathy from old white women.
Barack is so suitable a candidate that all you can Complain about him is his eloquence? his retired pastor’s 30 sec bite? America is over Wright and Barack is ahead on polls.
it is unfortunate that he doesn’t inspire any hope in you. It is because of your mindset that youre still wallowing in hopelesness. You can find little pleasures blogging your ideologies its a free world, but the movement is on. you can’t stop the reign.
vote for Obama

By: margaret kensington Wed, 02 Apr 2008 02:44:47 +0000 Kevin: I applaud and support your comments, with total admiration for the audacity and courage that you display in using the same tone, sincerity and genuine vocabulary as Obama’s pastor. Finally, and thanks to the academically enlightened Black Americans that paraded their support for Obama and his Pastor in the media, White Americans can now say whatever is in their minds without the constant fear to be called racists. So go for it, Kevin, keep your fresh and stimulating comments coming, and never think for a minute that We the People are going to take anything that you say in the wrong way. I personally, think that Mr. Obama is just a smooth charlatan, without the audacity needed to be our President, or the character to inspire any hope in me.

if you go to church you will understand that we tithe for the work of God, and not to the preacher. it is a personal commitment with God
another thing is that pastors serve as spiritual mentors they are human beings and may have some opinions different from yours but that doesnt mean that you defect from the church
for instance, if your pastor preaches against gays does that mean that you will defect because you dont agree, does that imply that nobody from that church can become a public servant those may be the pastors view but theres definitely more to him than just that.back in the days the aspect of race inequality was preached in white churches but people still went to churches and some of them even came out as civil rights activist and great leader in fact the great movers of American history had strong ties to a church. the reason is despite the political opinions the pastors spiritual role has been more beneficial and he also belongs to he fellowship

and a question for kevin, with all the media hype about the racist nature of the trinity church all thay could find is a 30 sec snippet in the 36 years of service? and why hasnt anybody tried to play an entire sermon so we could digest on how utterly racist this church is?? do you think this is a disfavor to the members of this church?

By: joe ombima Mon, 31 Mar 2008 04:46:48 +0000 i think you are geting it wrong
first of all i would suggest that you listen to Rev entire Wright summon in question
the title of the sermon is God and Government he talks about the issue at length and he points out that we are not entitled to God’s blessing while we indulge in acts of evil that violate human rights, wage wars, instead we earn God’s blessings through acting right.
he further points out stuff things like past human rights violation, nuclear bombing japanese cities, palestinian suffering, and the war in iraq and in that context he says God damn America ..that doesnt mean he is unpatriotic but you and i know that sometimes you can express love and concern by decent or critism. Rev Wright has served in the marines and the Navy at a time when America didnt love him patriotic can that be

it doesnt take a genious to know that the growing anti american sentiment around the world is a result of our failed foreign policy. Jimmy Carter and even Bill clinton among many have aknowledged that…in fact, the main selling point of this election is reforming foreign what is wrong when Rev Wright says that 911 is a result of our actions abroad!
we have failed as a world leader, we defied the UN and invaded iraq while at the same time we expect iran to respect the UN. In as much as Israelis are our stallwart allies the pain and suffering of palestinian refugees has made it easy for fundamental islamists to recruit terrorists, iraq has now become a breeding ground for terrorist because of our actions.

By: Rob H Mon, 31 Mar 2008 03:22:48 +0000 Kevin– what are you talking about? How on earth are you calling Barack anti-white? When has he EVER said anything anti-white? His own beloved mom is white! Anti-Italian? His own grandfather was called a Wop! Do you think he has all of a sudden forgotten all that and become a bigot? Read his books, and get educated about the man before spouting off such nonsense!

By: martin Mon, 31 Mar 2008 03:00:57 +0000 Dearest Kevin
I strongly urge to take a gander at Obamas recent speech on race in which he so elegantly walks the thin line of strongly condemning rev. wrights words, while at the same time respecting him as an individual who is allowed their opinion based on life experience.
I assure you that if you Obama is not anti-jew/italian/white etc., though of course I have never met him his speeches speak for themselves.
As for him contributing to his local church, well Obama is a well off individual who has already greatly distanced himself from the negative and hateful comments associated with the church. But he also stresses that there is more to that church than the soundbites on youtube, and if he feels the need to support them he should be allowed, even as a presidential candidate.
FINALLY, on a quick note, Obama in most polls is doing much better against McCain than Hillary. How is it then she has the best chance?
I eagerly await replies from the other side

By: John Mon, 31 Mar 2008 00:50:44 +0000 Wow Kevin, it’s ignorance like that which is going to put McCain right in the White House. I, who has never voted for a Republican in my life, will be voting for McCain if Hillary gets the nomination.

By: Tracy Mon, 31 Mar 2008 00:16:10 +0000 Kevin, Please tell me where on earth you got this information from. Just post the source, I want to investigate it. Thank you.

By: Kevin Sun, 30 Mar 2008 22:41:04 +0000 yeah, he is a gutterball all right.

Well, I see that the good Rev. is still playing an ACTIVE roll in the church… why is obama still going to keep sending them his money for tithe?

And the replacement pastor has said that he is going to carry on with the same as Rev. Wright?

Does this send any red flags to ANYONE??? American people are NOT going to vote for an ANTI AMERICAN, ANTI WHITE, ANTI ITALIAN, ANTI JEW President!! Especially over McCain. Hillary has got the best chance to beat McCain.

By: Sally Sun, 30 Mar 2008 19:15:53 +0000 Adorable story. What do you bet bowler Roxanne Hart votes for Obama ?
