By: TC Mon, 05 Jan 2009 16:44:42 +0000 It’s just the beginning, but Obama already has corruption all around him. He is going to have a very tough time and as an earlier headline stated, his “honeymoon” period may be very short.

All we heard throughout the presidential campaign was how the republicans were evil money grubbers only out for themselves. While the democrats were “for the people”. Well, so far, Gov Blagovich and now Gov Richardson, appear to have shattered that myth (yes, Raum Emanuel is also a part of the Blagovich scandal). And its only the beginning.

The difference here is that Obama will get a pass (for now), while Bush was relentlessly attacked right from the beginning as though he was intimately involved with any and every scandal that occurred. That was a myth too. But it served the democrats well, for now.

No, we will not be happier four years from now under the new administration. (Even the liberal faction of the democratic party and the Arab world is upset with Obama. And it’s only the beginning).
