Gene stated that Plame and Wilson acted treasonously and I wanted to know how. The article is about Cheney and Bush disagreeing about Libby’s sentence so I am not the one who brought it up.
The ice is nice and thick up here in Maine and I haven’t seen a hobbit ever. You still don’t get it that everyone who disagrees with you doesn’t fit into some pre-cast mold that you have in your head do you?
The fact still remains that a covert CIA agent was exposed by the Vice Presidents office and the scapegoat had his sentence commuted. This conviction was won by Patrick Fitzgerald, the same man who would be prosecuting Blagojevich if criminal charges are filed. Imagine the outrage if Obama pardoned Blago or commuted his sentence.
As far as Plame/Wilson being “media seeking darlings”, I know that Plame wrote a book and did the usual media appearances to promote it. I haven’t really seen Wilson in the news other than when the story broke and right after Bush overturned Libby’s sentence.
Haven’t seen Stone’s W yet but it’s in my Netflix cue.

What did Valerie Plame and Joe Wilson do that was treasonous? If anyone in the matter committed treason it was the Libby and the Vice President. Revealing the name of a covert agent is treason and used to punishable by hanging.

Be a man; either name it or withdraw your accusation.

After all, he was running everything else in the Bush White House; Bush was supposed to just be the puppet for the puppetmaster.

The Plames were a couple of treasonous self-serving
lying political activists.
