We, as a nation, do not move forward without research and development. And as a nice side benne, it employs a bunch of people.
Infrastructure is important too. It sure enhances my life – I like roads, communications, energy, public projects, schools … Oh, and it employs a bunch of people.
“Pork” has become a four word that the Repubs use to “shock and appall” – a tidbit to keep the base riled up.
Embrace the fact that this money is being spent on the people instead of the socialist money institutions.
