The $15B jobs bill is insulting when you consider that Goldman got $13B because Bush/Paulson bailed out AIG.

The trillion dollar question is, working out great for whom? The issues around Eric Massa are about politics. The struggle for power between the Democrates and the Republicans. Neither party has served the average citizen in this country particularly well. We don’t want hand outs. At least I don’t. But it would be nice if our government would stop routing billions and billions of our dollars to their cronies. Example, the $170B bailout of AIG because it was too big to fail (create massive unemployment). How many of you know that AIG was founded in 1919 in Shanghai, China? That of the 116,000 AIG employees that most work in other countries. That Sec. of the Treasury Paulson let Lehman Bro’s (competitor of Goldman Sachs) go bankrupt but bailed out AIG. That Paulson was CEO of Goldman Sachs before becoming Treasury Sec. and that $13B of the bailout money to AIG went directly to Goldman Sachs. KBR won virtually the lions share of the contracts awarded for the war in Iraq. How many of you know that until April 2007 that KBR was a subsiduary of Halliburton. How many of you know that Dick Cheney was the CEO of Halliburton prior to being Vice President. All just coincidence. I say when in doubt follow the money. There are way too many coincidences like this. Do you think our two party system is working out great for you or the large corporations in this country. But hey they did manage to squeak out a $15B jobs bill!!!! Fact, small businesses employee the majority of the workers in this country, not the big corporations. They farm your job overseas.

Whether or not it’s true, there’s some serious man-handling going on with this administration in order to push it’s agendas, as with any administration. Every American is gullible when it comes to our own politics becuase too few people actually care enough, and those who do tend to be extremely misguided by an uneven perspective. Our two party system seems to be working out great…
