Question - which of the following Tea Party Groups that endorsed Hayworth are 527 PAC's and legally allowed to endorse a federal candidate?

Take (Mesa) Red Mountain Tea Party L.L.C.,

How did this Tea Party Group arrive at endorsing Hayworth? A vetting/selection process or individual owner who he himself gave Hayworth an endorsement under name of, where Hayworth is misrepresenting it as a full on legitimate Tea Party endorsement. Are they a 527 PAC?

How about Prescott Tea Party L.L.C., they have two managers and have issued an endorsement where the IRS requires them to be a registered 527 PAC – are they? They (2 or more people) are attempting to influence a federal election as well.

What about #4, 6, 7, 11, 14 & 15 with no record whatsoever on file with the Arizona Commerce Commission let alone declaring their intent – are they legally allowed to influence the outcome of a federal election.

It seems to me we are right back to Hayworth’s comment concerning the infomercial – buyer beware but in this case it’s “VOTER BEWARE”.

As Hayworth said ‘A half truth is a full distortion.’
