		<description>It&#039;s not like we need a congress any more. Every time the people look for the security from congress their impotence becomes evident in that it would upset relations with trade agreements that they approved or those guys are to important, or big, or have contracts. Can&#039;t we pick on our own employees who we have some control over. The Government that governs justly governs best. The government that governs least in all likelyhood may be doing a really crappy job.</description>
