It is becoming evident that the reason for Mitt’s laid back campaign stance is that whenever he opens his mouth about important issues that his foot tends to fly into it. Serious errors of political judgment, and a certain amount of failures to remember “the script”, such as naming Prime Minister Putin “President Putin”. Hey Mitt, leave the tough talk to the actors (ie. Reagan or Schwarzenegger), you are not Reagan, and you’re not helping your party by calling people “the enemy”. “Axis of Evil” speeches will not win this time. Insisting that “National Security” is an issue in 2012 will be a failure. The “security” that is needed right now is “Economic Security”, and, unfortunately for them, Newt is the only guy that Republicans have that comes close…
