The downside for Obama if the operation failed? What about the Navy Seals that would lose their lives if the operation failed. All that Obama thinks about is himself and his success. If it had failed, that photo with him sitting near the back of the crowd in the situation room would never have ever been shown to the public. This dude is a pure Narcissist no ifs, ands, or buts.

During the 2008 election campaign, Senator Obama condemned President Bush for violating sovereignty of nations by use of our military force for his political purposes and promised not to do the same if elected. Are not the drone attacks without notice and the Seal Team raid on Bin Laden’s compound exactly that?

I do not know that Mr Obama went after Bin Laden, I thought it was the Navy Seal Team VI, with many other Military working both sides of the wire, while Mr Obama was in the White House.
One thing for sure, Mr Romney would not have put us
$ 6 + Trillion dollars in debt, in three years.
In just 3 years more Debt than from George Washington
all the way to George Bush 2.
Mr Obama, America can not afford you !!!!!!

This ad highlights just another successful milestone in the Dem’s 8 year plan to reverse the damage done by the previous GOP administration.

Can anyone really argue that America was not at its best under Clinton? There is a real opportunity here to restore this country to the prosperity that anyone over 12 can still remember.

ertdfg, please man, the addition of the 2nd sentence does not change the context at all. Romney clearly said it is not worth the money to get one person. Plus where is his said ‘plan for doing that’. I have not seen it.

Also I guess his ‘plan’ to ‘let GM/Chrysler go bankrupt’ is taken out of context to?

The latter part of the quote you used doesn’t disprove the claim that is being made about the first part by the Obama camp. They have framed the discussion so it can’t be rebutted by the second quote, that is, the discussion is about Bin Laden, not the war on terror. I’m sure if Bin Laden was still out there, and Obama said what Romney, did, the shoe would be on the other foot. The level of discourse is a problem, sure, but it’s still not as bad as your own primary campaign. Kindly spare us the indignation.

“…It is worth fashioning and executing an effective strategy to defeat global, violent Jihad and I have a plan for doing that.” – Mitt Romney quote with more “context” than Obama’s editing allowed.

That is how Mitt Romney finished THAT EXACT STATEMENT IN THAT INTERVIEW.

Try using full quotes Mr President, quoted accurately (although you’ve already had two other misquotes THIS WEEK ALONE haven’t you?

Here’s a quote that might help…

“You know, we don’t trot out this stuff as trophies,” Obama told CBS soon after the terrorist mastermind had been taken out. He added: “Americans and people around the world are glad that he’s gone. But we don’t need to spike the football.”

I must be missing something from that quote though… did you add “Unless I need it for personal partisan political gain which case I’ll spike that football for months”?

When your quote says you won’t do this, and you’re butchering Romney’s quote for your own gain in the process… this is impressive leadership?

I was hoping for more than lies and slander. Silly me.
