		<description>The premise of this report is flawed.  There is no credible evidence whatsoever that anybody at UBS ever gave Olenicoff any tax advice whatsoever.  It simply never happened.  This is a fraudulent allegegation made by Olenicoff in order to try to fuel a totally frivolous lawsuit.

UBS simply does not offer tax advice.  They are not tax advisors.  They are bankers.

Don&#039;t buy into the utterly unsubstantiated allegations made by Olenicoff.  Read the pleadings in this case and you&#039;ll see a long pattern of what the judge said was &quot;blatant&quot; &quot;coordinated lies&quot; made by Olenicoff and his witnesses.  So why in the world would anybody ever pay attention to what Olenicoff claims on any issue?</description>
