There is no credible evidence whatsoever that anybody at UBS ever gave Olenicoff any tax advice whatsoever. It simply never happened. This is a fraudulent allegegation made by Olenicoff in order to try to fuel a totally frivolous lawsuit. UBS simply does not offer tax advice. They are not tax advisors. They are bankers. Don't buy into the utterly unsubstantiated allegations made by Olenicoff. Read the pleadings in this case and you'll see a long pattern of what the judge said was "blatant" "coordinated lies" made by Olenicoff and his witnesses. So why in the world would anybody ever pay attention to what Olenicoff claims on any issue? The premise of this report is flawed.
