Newsflash to the rust belt, those jobs AREN'T coming back. Even those that are staying in the country are relocating in the Southeast, with cheap, non-unionized labor. The answer, as McCain said in Michigan, is to create new jobs to replace those lost, not spend millions to prop up an inefficient and handicapped industry. Why does this have the tone of an opinion piece?
