Newsflash to the rust belt, those jobs AREN'T coming back.  Even those that are staying in the country are relocating in the Southeast, with cheap, non-unionized labor.  The answer, as McCain said in Michigan, is to create new jobs to replace those lost, not spend millions to prop up an inefficient and handicapped industry.</description>
