Clinton comes out fighting in Philadelphia

rocky1.jpgPHILADELPHIA - Visiting Philadelphia, presidential contender Hillary Clinton couldn’t resist evoking the image of the city’s fictional boxing hero Rocky Balboa , who famously struggled to go the distance in his first big bout.

“When it comes to finishing the fight, Rocky and I have a lot in common. I never quit. I never give up,” the Democratic New York senator said while she campaigned on Tuesday in the city where the popular movie, starring Sylvester Stallone as the tenacious fighter, was set.

In the original 1976 “Rocky,” which spawned several sequels, the underdog boxer trained by running up the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Clinton, facing calls for her to drop out of the race, in which she trails Sen. Barack Obama in the quest for Democratic presidential delegates, brought up the boxer’s determination in a speech to members of the AFL-CIO union.

“Sen. Obama says he’s getting tired of the campaign. His supporters say they want it to end,” she said. “Well, could you imagine if Rocky Balboa had gotten half way up those art museum stairs and said, ‘Well, I guess that’s about far enough?’

“That’s not the way it works,” she said.

Organizers of her campaign events in Pennsylvania also got into the act, playing the theme song from “Rocky” and also the song “Eye of the Tiger,” from “Rocky III.”

Locals say it’s not uncommon for visiting politicians to Philadelphia to channel “Rocky” themes and for campaign handlers to take advantage of the films’ rousing music.

Clinton skipped over one famous “Rocky” moment. Unlike some visitors to Philadelphia who like to re-enact one of the movie’s most famous scenes, the former first lady did not run up the art museum’s steps with her arms raised and fists clenched in victory.

This means that no matter who wins the Presidency……when they open the closet door in the Oval Office……………….BLAAAMM……a punch will hit them square in the face, as Hillary comes out of the closet, from her hiding place.

She will never give up. Hillary Clinton the Stalker Candidate. Beware….be very beware.

She reminds me of the cowardly lion in the wizard of oz telling everyone to put their dukes up.

If Barack wins the presidency, he will go “Hollywood”. He will be on
every talk show, be at every big party and schmooze his way all over
the place. The media will love him, foreign countries will love him.
He will be “Mr. Personality.”

If Hillary wins the Presidency, she will stay home and take care of
business. She will babysit every one of her projects and tenaciously
see them through to the end. The media will always try to find fault
with her, but in the long run, she will make this country better. It
will be a tough job after the complete mess and destruction George
Bush has left us.

What about the fact that she actually said, “I never quit, I never get up” - so nice that all of the press fixes that for her eh?

Haven’t seen a story yet that doesn’t change the quote to what she presumably meant.

DON’T BE DUPED !!!

Large numbers of Republicans have been voting for Barack Obama in the DEMOCRATIC primaries, and caucuses from early on. Because they feel he would be a weaker opponent against John McCain. And because they feel that a Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama ticket would be unbeatable. And also because with a Clinton and Obama ticket you are almost 100% certain to get quality, affordable universal health care very soon.

But first, all of you have to make certain that Hillary Clinton takes the democratic nomination and then the Whitehouse. NOW! is the time. THIS! is the moment you have all been working, and waiting for. You can do this America. “Carpe diem” (harvest the day).

I think Hillary Clinton see’s a beautiful world of plenty for all. She is a woman, and a mother. And it’s time America. Do this for your-self, and your children’s future. You will have to work together on this and be aggressive, relentless, and creative. Americans face an even worse catastrophe ahead than the one you are living through now.

Hillary Clinton has actually won by much larger margins than the vote totals showed. And lost by much smaller vote margins than the vote totals showed. Her delegate count is actually much higher than it shows. And higher than Obama’s. She also leads in the electoral college numbers that you must win to become President in the November national election. HILLARY CLINTON IS ALREADY THE TRUE DEMOCRATIC NOMINEE!

As much as 30% of Obama’s primary, and caucus votes are Republicans trying to choose the weakest democratic candidate for McCain to run against. These Republicans have been gaming the caucuses where it is easier to vote cheat. This is why Obama has not been able to win the BIG! states primaries. Even with Republican vote cheating help.

Hillary Clinton has been out manned, out gunned, and out spent 4 and 5 to 1. Yet Obama has only been able to manage a very tenuous, and questionable tie with Hillary Clinton.

If Obama is the democratic nominee for the national election in November he will be slaughtered. Because the Republican vote cheating help will suddenly evaporate. All of this vote fraud and republican manipulation has made Obama falsely look like a much stronger candidate than he really is. YOUNG PEOPLE. DON’T BE DUPED! Think about it. You have the most to lose.

The democratic party needs to fix this outrage. I suggest a Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama ticket. Everyone needs to throw all your support to Hillary Clinton NOW! So you can end this outrage against YOU the voter, and against democracy.

I think Barack Obama has a once in a life time chance to make the ultimate historic gesture for unity, and change in America by accepting Hillary Clinton’s offer as running mate. Such an act now would for ever seal Barack Obama’s place at the top of the list of Americas all time great leaders, and unifiers for all of history.

The democratic party, and the super-delegates have a decision to make. Are the democrats, and the democratic party going to choose the DEMOCRATIC party nominee to fight for the American people. Or are the republicans going to choose the DEMOCRATIC party nominee through vote fraud, and gaming the DEMOCRATIC party primaries, and caucuses.

Fortunately the Clinton’s have been able to hold on against this fraudulent outrage with those repeated dramatic comebacks of Hillary Clinton’s. Only the Clinton’s are that resourceful, and strong. Hillary Clinton is your NOMINEE. They are the best I have ever seen.

Sincerely

jacksmith…

Hillary is rocky as rocky as you can get, she cannot even balance her campaign budget to pay her bills on time. Please let her go home, so she does not need to duck and cover any longer. She will not have to lie anymore so her nose will not get any longer, this should help her appearance

With that fake signature, “jacksmith”, these long messages sound very much like a Republican tactic to create suspicion. The whole premise that Republicans vote for Obama in the primaries and caucuses to get the weaker candidate nominated for the Democratic party, is totally fabricated. “as much as 30%” ooh, that sounds scientific! This is just an effort to hi-jacksmith the message boards with misleading, incomplete and downright wrong statements.

Hilliary is a need to be fighter, as much as she has got beat at her own expense. Apparently, she has changed her light bulb, good , now she can see how bad she looks in the light after kicking her butt so much. You go Hilliary, fight on hon, til you can’t kick you butt no more. Run for cover, because the election is about over. Bruised and confused from your own game, go on Hilliary , I see there’s no shame in your game.

I feel we deserve the information other people know. I feel Big Media along with Senator Obama, Senator McCain and Dick Cheney should talk about their plans for 29 Nuclear Plants and not keep it quiet from the voting public.

http://www.fair.org/index.php?page=3258

McCain, Obama and Cheney along with Big Media have many secrets they are keeping from the American Public.

All news sources should be called out and they should account for their actions!

Cheney, Obama, McCain, they have big EXPENSIVE PLANS for all of us.
The costs, we’ll pay for them, and uh, oh yea, we will scream about the Recession the whole time we do it.

Let’s educate ourselves about the Nuclear Power Plants already in the works by Obama, McCain, and their good buddy Dick Cheney.

Does President Jimmy Carter and Al Gore want to go back in time to Nuclear Waste, to Cancer in children who live near these power plants? Go back in time to handicapped children being born near these Nuclear Power Plants?

I know one thing for sure, the BIG MEDIA on our televisions do want this, because of WHO PAYS THEIR BIG SALARIES!

No wonder the star of “Silkwood”, Cher supports Senator Clinton.

What happen to windmills? Wind is too cheap to use for Cheney, Obama, and McCain I suppose they need a great money making scheme, even during a Recession.

How many of the 29 will be built in Texas, since Cheney is behind it all?

The Harvard Crowd have as much common sense as a piss ant if they believe that 29 Nuclear Power Plants are going to help us.
Everyone may have a different opinion then I have, but they should at least know the truth, and Big Media, Obama, McCain, they have so many secrets about the new plans for Nuclear Power Plants across America.

for me, it boils down to one thing. hillary is a liar and not much more than a street thug. she’s determined to win NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES. i don’t believe a word that comes out of her mouth. she lies to cover up lies, and on and on and on……….. i voted for bill twice, but don’t want to see him anywhere near the presidency again. we don’t need either one of them “on our side”. i’m that typical “older white female blue collar ohioan” that everybody claims is backing hillary. well, count me out!
