Obama touts work, patriotism in TV ad

WASHINGTON — Barack Obama touts hard work and “heartland values” in his first TV ad of the general election, which will air in several Republican-leaning states.

“America is a country of strong families and strong values. My life’s been blessed by both,” the Democratic says in this one-minute spot, which emphasizes his humble roots.

Like Republican rival John McCain ’s first national ad, it’s a soft-focus introduction for voters who may not be familiar with his background.

It will air in 18 states, including many that haven’t voted Republican in recent presidential elections — Alaska, Indiana, Montana, North Carolina, North Dakota and Virginia.

Obama is a very scary person if he gets to be president. Inexperisence at this time in the world is not what we need right now maybe in 4 years He is not what is needed right now. I also do not trust him that he is truly what he says he is a true American. RIGHT and all the other friends of his put real doubt on who he really is. Speeches are good but are only words he does not say how he is going to do anything he says he will door how much it will cost. He is to scared to go up against McCain is a one on one how tough does that look. How can he be tough against our enimies.

Sandra, sweetheart - who on earth do you have who is even remotely suitable to be president?

How can you be so negative?

Give the guy a chance - suck it and see.

Your argument is devisive, unfair, facile, ill-informed and nonsensical.

And I am being really diplomatic here - right?

I just do not agree with your post at all! :-)
