Watch: Three questions for DSK

December 9, 2010

The three things Reuters Economics Editor William Schomberg wants to hear Dominique Strauss-Kahn answer on Thursday, December 16:

Comments

M. Strauss-Kahn, I’m a french socialist, student in communication and politic.

You said, last october, IMF isn’t legitimate because the Managing director is european.

In my opinion, I think the right question to ask you, should be : could you agree to leave the IMF in order to give your mandature to a people who is from an emerging market ?

Sir, I am an Independent Consultant, Bangalore, India (Management & Strategy Consulting).

After seeing EUROPEAN crisis and inability of European countries to come out of debt-trap and financial crisis Do you still suggest & vote for EURO as a single currency in the European Union?

I think in my opining countries could not come of out crisis/recession because they can’t alter their monetary and financial policy themselves; they have to depend on European Bank.

Major countries across the globe come out of recession quickly because they altered their monetary & financial as per situation & desirability.

My next question is Do you suggest the same kind single currency formula for other regions like booming Asia and Africa?
