System crashed midway through purchasing tickets in the second round at 6:02am (it was processing my payment when it crashed and then would not let me try again as it said I'd already requested these tickets). Tried to phone up to discuss it with someone - automated system that charged me, but would not allow me to speak with anyone. Absolutely outraged as I was really looking forward to the Olympics coming to town. Extremely disappointed not to get any tickets in the first round of the ballot.
