The bad behaviour of many of today’s children (and many of their young parents, who are little more than children themselves) is a direct result of government policies which have removed the concept of a person’s personal responsibility for controlling his/her behaviour out of consideration for the well-being of other people and replaced it with a set of self-centred “rights” determined by the state.

Change the policies and you change the behaviour (over time). The current government is both unwilling and unable to throw off its oppressive ideology, therefore the first and most important step is to change the government. There will be no improvement until this is done.
