What do women want?

Men have been asking themselves this question for generations. Are women happier when we stay at home with our children or does fulfilment lie with a nanny, a grown-up career and our own earning power?  To my surprise I’ve turned out to be one of those “career women” the news media talk about and I’m not sure I know the answer. I don’t think I am alone.

      "Vicki Hazelden is the managing partner of international law firm Walkers' Dublin and London offices. From 2003 until 2006 she was the managing partner of Walkers' Hong Kong office, and in 2007 moved to the firm's Cayman Islands headquarters.  Vicki specialises in private equity funds, hedge funds, venture capital and equity financing transactions. Upon qualifying as an English solicitor in 1996, Vicki joined the securities group at Clifford Chance in London and then worked for Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft where, in addition to advising international clients and governments on corporate matters, she acted for a number of U.S. and UK investment banks. ..."
