I’ll bet that this young woman can fill up an entire day with nothing to do. Get a job or read a book. I can’t decide which fashion looks more silly; goth or emo…I’ll just say both are.

Reminds me of DragonCon of Atlanta, GA, USA. Especially at conventions where anime is popular, many of the people I’ve talked to that dress this way are successful in their professional lives. Cosplay and other costuming choices are a fun way of sharing relaxation and a sense of community.
